Cypripedium 'Chauncey' is a rarely-offered 1993 Carson Whitlow cross of the North American native Cypripedium parviflorum var. parviflorum and Taiwanese Cypripedium segawae. Cypripedium 'Chauncey' produces 15" tall stalks of small yellow flowers, each flecked in wine red. Each flower is also backed with three very long, twisted, dark purple sepals.
Plants are sent out to UK customers in 2 lt pots with the most suitable compost for them to grow well. They are dispatched between OCTOBER and MARCH.
All plants are fully checked when sent out to ensure quality and they are disease free. Any complaints should be made within 14 days of receipt. We cannot be held responsible in the following spring if the plants failed to come up or do not flower as there are many factors out of our control. If I have a specific hybrid which develops problems I will contact all purchasers in the spring.
