One flowering sized tuber supplied.
Another quite widespread native known by its flower shape as the Pyramid Orchid is found in variety of grassland areas, usually in alkaline or neutral conditions. It is a good orchid to put into a meadow or wildflower lawn and usually thrives. It normally starts regrowth in the middle of September but is slower to develop a lax rosette of sword like leaves. Flowering takes place in late June through July. It also grows happily in a cold greenhouse, preferably in a plunged terracotta pot. Follow the instructions at the top of the section for planting out or growing in an alpine house.
They can normally be sent during the period AUGUST to OCTOBER after which time growth is such that the rosette may get damaged.
Plants are fully checked when dispatched. Please notify me of any problems within 14 days of receipt. No refund will be made after this period.
